Discreet Wrapping

All our lingerie and swimwear is carefully wrapped to protect it during transit.  To comply with regulations we must put details of origin and contents of the pack on the posting label.  For this purpose and for your privacy we use our company name,  Crysalis Limited, as the despatch name and the contents are marked simply as underwear.

Standard Wrapping is Free of Charge.

For most of our parcels, we use high quality opaque waterproof packets which are strong enough to protect your order but light enough to keep the postage costs to a minimum.  The outer packaging  is discreet and inside we wrap your lingerie or swimwear in protective tissue paper (non-acid).  Please note that when we use a cardboard box it may at times be a pre-used box.  This is to keep costs down and reduce waste.  All interior wrapping is new.

Gift Wrapping for £3.50

We pack your order in quality gift wrapping paper and decorate with a fine organza ribbon and bow.   It has been suggested that we use gift boxes.   Although that would be less work and less time consuming for us, we decided not to use boxes  because a box can be crushed in transit and with the large range of product we offer it would be very difficult to find a suitable range of boxes to fit everything.
