Discreet Wrapping

All our lingerie and swimwear is carefully wrapped to protect it during transit. To comply with regulations we must put details of origin and contents of the pack on the posting label on items shipping overseas. For this purpose and for your privacy we use our company name, Crysalis Limited, as the despatch name and the contents are marked simply as underwear. We block out the contents for UK deliveries as it is not a requirement for UK mail.

Standard Wrapping is Free of Charge.

For most of our parcels, we use high quality opaque waterproof packets which are strong enough to protect your order but light enough to keep the postage costs to a minimum. The outer packaging is discreet and inside we wrap your lingerie or swimwear in protective tissue paper (non-acid). Please note that when we use a cardboard box it may at times be a pre-used box. This is to keep costs down and reduce waste.  All interior wrapping is new.

Gift Wrapping for £3.50

If you select gift wrapping then we will pack your order either in quality wrapping paper or, if the product is suitable, in a quality box like the one shown in the image on the left. We then add a contrasting satin or organza ribbon. If you have added a message then a card will also be added with your message. The completed gift is then wrapped in tissue to protect it during transit and packed in a plain box. At Christmas we may use a gold box and scarlet ribbon for a more seasonal affect.
