Excluding the made to order designer product, over 90% of our garments are in UK stock just waiting for your order and ready to be despatched on the same day.

Discreet Wrapping
All parcels and packets are plain. We have to mark the contents for products shipping abroad but we keep that as bland as possible by using the phrase underwear. For UK parcels we block out the contents. The return to sender label has our limited company name Crysalis Ltd with no reference to Ever-so-Sexy so you can be sure you can receive your order without embarrassment. 

Flexible Returns Policy
Our returns period is extended at Christmas and Valentines Day so you can purchase early for these important dates. At other times we will consider any "out of time" return request that is reasonable providing that the garment has not been worn.
