Recommended washing technique for silk garments:
Unless stated otherwise on the label, silk lingerie can be washed. Always hand wash in warm water using a mild soap. Do not use harsh detergents. Rinse thoroughly. Add a dessert spoon of white wine vinegar to the penultimate rinse. Towel dry to take off excess moisture and if possible dry flat. Allow to air-dry naturally.
