Shipping Times

? When will you send my order?

For standard stock items, we try to send your order out on the next working day.

If your chosen item is temporarily out of stock and replenishment is outside a 10 day window you will be contacted with an approximate delivery date and the option to change your order for an alternative in stock product.

Some items are on back to back order with our suppliers - these will be marked as a 5 to 7 day despatch time, although this is frequently shorter. 

Made-to-measure and special order items are usually despatched within a time line of 14 - 21 days.


?How long will my order take to reach me?

We send you an email when the order has been sent out.  Then following timescales apply:

UK First Class Post - 4 working days or less.
Special Delivery - next working Day.
Europe Airmail - normally within 5 working days.
Rest of the World - 5 to 15 working days.
