When will you send my order?

Despatch varies depending on where our stock is warehoused or if the lingerie you have ordered is being made for you. Each product page has an estimate of the despatch time. Many of our items are available for same day despatch (Monday to Friday) if the order is placed before 12 noon UK time.

If your chosen item is temporarily out of stock and replenishment is outside a 14 day window you will be contacted with an approximate delivery date and the option to change your order for an alternative in stock product.

Made-to-measure and made to order items are usually despatched within a time line of 14 to 28 days but at peak times it can take a longer. Please note Jane Woolrich Design bespoke lingerie and nightwear can take up to 6 weeks to be despatched.

How long will my order take to reach me?

UK orders will take approximately 1 to 3 working days from despatch. Europe 3 to 5 days from despatch. Rest of the world excluding the USA 5 to 15 days from despatch.

Customer Special Instructions

We are sometimes given specific delivery instuctions, such as "if I am out please leave in shed". Unfortunately it is not possible for us to pass these instructions on to the postal delivery person at this time. We know that the Royal Mail has been experimenting with a "safe place/safe person" delivery alternative and a recent announcement from the Royal Mail confirmed the rolling out of leaving parcels with a neighbour but this arrangement is between you and the Royal Mail and not something we can influence.
