UK
Standard - Free Delivery:
We are one of the few online lingerie retailers to offer free delivery that is not linked to the value of the order. Orders up to £100 value are sent by 1st class post and orders valued over £100 are sent either by Royal Mail Special Delivery or DX Secure free of charge.
If your order value is less than £100 and you are in a hurry to receive it then you have the option to upgrade to UK Express - £5.75. The order will be sent on a next working day service, Royal Mail Special Delivery or DX Secure.
If for any reason you need a Saturday delivery you can choose Royal Mail Saturday Guaranteed Delivery at a cost of £7.60.
Europe:
£6.75 for orders up to £80.00 value - £9.75 for orders valued over £80.00 - £12.00 for orders over £200 value
The rest of the world:
£7.75 - orders up to £80 value, £11.75 for orders valued over £80.00. £15.00 for orders in excess of £300. *
* We have introduced this tiered payment system for Europe and the World because of the increased postage costs imposed on us and the additional insurance required on higher value orders. Please note that this is still a subsidised rate and for most orders the true cost of shipment is higher than the amount we charge.
DHL International Express
For international orders over £350 value you can select the premier delivery service with DHL. From £35 depending on destination and value the transit time is just 2 to 4 working days and the parcel can be tracked through every part of its journey.
International Orders Value £1500 plus go DHL FOC.
Is there any insurance?
Should your item be lost or damaged in transit we will supply a replacement. So you can shop for lingerie, swimwear and nightwear with confidence.
