You can return for exchange or refund all items on our site with the exception of the made to measure items. However, if in the unlikely event, you are unhappy with the quality of a made to measure item please contact us and we will do all we can to rectify the matter.
For all standard items we can accept a cancellation within 14 days of the order. Or after receipt of your order, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item/s in original condition and unworn with all the tags attached and enclosed in original wrapping.
* Returns must be made within 31 days of the despatch date.
Special allowance is made for Christmas and Valentine's day orders where you may have bought early are as follows:
Christmas Returns Deadline: UK Orders 14th January - International Orders 30th January.
Valentine's Day Returns Deadline: UK Orders 28th February - International Orders 15th March.
Please note that we do not refund postage or gift wrap charges unless the return is necessary because of our error or is a cancellation.
* Because our returns period is more generous than the statutory requirements it is not negotiable.
Special note with regard to all panties, briefs, g strings and thongs:
We will accept a return on these items if the garment has only been tried on over your normal panties. This, we are sure you will understand, is for hygeine reasons.
Exclusions
Due to the fragile nature of the product, all hosiery is excluded from the returns policy and can only be returned in their original wrapping if it has not been opened. As already stated all made to measure items are excluded from the returns policy. If you choose to cancel a made to measure order during the 14 day cancellation period there will be an administration fee of 10% of the product cost during the first 7 days and 20% if the cancellation is made during the period of 7 to 14 days after the order. The extra charge in the second 7 day period reflects charges that we may incur in cancelling an order after the garment has has been cut.
Contact us by email or using the website contact form to tell us that you want to return an item. Then parcel up the product. Please take care to package the goods carefully to prevent damage in the post.
If you are outside the UK please mark the outside of the parcel clearly with the word "RETURN" and please ensure that the sender name on the parcel and documentation is the name of the person who ordered the goods. This should be a private individual, not a company. This is to avoid any attempt by the Customs to charge us import duty. Should the item be returned in such a way that the authorities try to charge duty we will refuse delivery and the item will be returned to you by the courier/postal service.

You can print out a copy invoice from your account which will have most of the required information.
Please note that it is the sender's responsibility to ensure returned goods arrive safely and in good condition. To protect the goods in transit please pack them carefully with a view to limiting any crush to presentation boxes. We recommend Recorded Delivery for items up to the value of £39 and Special Delivery for items with a value in excess of £39.00 for UK customers. Overseas customers are advised to use International Signed for post. and to check with their local postal service the level of insurance cover available. Refunds/replacement item will be actioned after inspection of the returned product.

When a refund or partial refund is made, the funding source of the original payment determines how the refund is credited to you by PayPal.
1. Where the Payment is funded with a bank account or PayPal balance the refund is credited to your PayPal balance.
2. Payments funded using a credit or debit card will be refunded to the appropriate card.*
3. Where the payment funding is split between a card and another funding source, PayPal refunds the card portion to the card and the remainder to your PayPal account.
*Refunds to your card can take up to 30 days depending on the issuing bank.
eCheque refunds may appear as "Pending" for up to 9 working days.
Payments made with redemption codes or gift certifications/vouchers are refunded by returning your redemption points to your redemption code, certificate or voucher.
We usually action refunds on the same working day as the goods are received back. As you can see from the above PayPal notes it can take longer for the funds to show in your account depending on the method of payment chosen.
When we have reversed the transaction on our system an email will be generated to advise you that the refund has been actioned and will be sent to the email address you have given us in your account. It is important that this email address be valid and up to date for you to receive this notification.
Please note that any loyalty points earned with the returned item will be reversed or adjusted if you take a replacement item that is a different value.
