Standard returns period is 14 days from receipt of your order. Please always email us to get authorisation code.

If you have bought early for Christmas or Valentines Day then please note that you have extra time as follows:
Christmas Returns Deadline: UK Orders 14th January - International Orders 30th January.
Valentine's Day Returns Deadline: UK Orders 28th February - International Orders 15th March.

Details (Please Read)

The item/s should not have been worn (other than to try on). Please try on over your normal underwear to check for size.  Please also avoid trying on in a smoky environment or when wearing jewellery that might catch the fabric. Please take care also not to soil the garment with make up, pen marks or perfume. Manufacturer tags (where applicable) must still be fixed to the garment. All garments are checked prior to shipping and a return may be refused if the garment comes back to us with snags in the fabric, stains such as make-up or pen marks or has obviously been worn. Please return with all manufacturer packaging and in the same manner it was received using all the original packing to ensure that the product does not become crushed or damaged in the return post.  Please remember that you are responsible for the garment/s until they arrive back with us and you are responsible for any cost due to loss or damage. Postal costs of returning an item will be refunded only (and solely) if the return is as a result of our error. 
 
Impact on Free Delivery
Where a return for refund reduces the original order value below the free delivery threshold we will reduce the refund to cover the cost of shipping.


Exclusions

Made to order items.  These are excluded because they are bespoke and made for you alone.  But in the unlikely event that there is a problem with one of these items, we will do all we can to have this rectified.

Stockings and bodystockings.  Because of the fragile nature of stockings, they cannot be returned if they have been removed from their packaging or tried on.


Recommendation

We have no responsibility for return items lost or damaged in the post.  We therefore recommend you pack your returns with care and send with insurance cover to avoid financial loss should the item be lost or damaged in the post.   Ordinary UK post (with proof of posting) will cover you for value up to £39.  Items of higher value should be sent by Special Delivery.  Overseas customers should check with their local postal service for the appropriate service.  Overseas customers are also requested not to return items via courier as this might result in an attempt by the courier to charge import duty; in which case we will refuse delivery and the item will be returned back to you.

It is the customer's responsibility to return items in a condition suitable for resale. Damaged items that are not returned because of damage will be assumed to have been damaged in return transit and in such circumstances we reserve the right to reduce any refund accordingly.


Right to Cancel

Under distance selling regulations you have a "cooling-off" period of seven days, during which time you may cancel the order, or if the order is delivered during that time, you may return the item for a full refund including any delivery charge.  If you choose to take this option please be sure to obtain a dated proof of posting.  Please note bespoke - made to measure garments are not covered by the distance selling regulations and cannot be cancelled.

A Special Note About Refunds via PayPal

When a refund or partial refund is made, the funding source of the original payment determines how the refund is credited to you by PayPal.

1. Where the Payment is funded with a bank account or PayPal balance the refund is credited to your PayPal balance.

2. Payments funded using a credit or debit card will be refunded to the appropriate card.*

3. Where the payment funding is split between a card and another funding source, PayPal refunds the card portion to the card and the remainder to your PayPal account.

*Refunds to your card can take up to 30 days depending on the issuing bank.
eCheque refunds may appear as "Pending" for up to 9 working days.
Payments made with redemption codes or gift certifications/vouchers are refunded by returning your redemption points to your redemption code, certificate or voucher.

Refund Timescales

We usually action refunds on the same working day as the goods are received back but it can take longer if the return is badly packed as it is more difficult to check a garment for wear and tear if it badly crumpled.  As you can see from the above PayPal notes it can take longer for the funds to show in your account depending on the method of payment chosen.

When we have reversed the transaction on our system an email will be generated to advise you that the refund has been actioned and will be sent to the email address you have given us in your account. It is important that this email address be valid and up to date for you to receive this notification.

Please note that any loyalty points earned with the returned item will be reversed or adjusted if you take a replacement item that is a different value.
