However, if in the unlikely event, you are unhappy with the quality of a made to measure item please contact us and we will do all we can to rectify the matter. For all standard items we can accept a cancellation within 14 days of the order. Or after receipt of your order, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item/s in original condition and unworn with all the tags attached and enclosed in original wrapping. * Returns must be made within 31 days of the despatch date. Please note that we do not refund postage or gift wrap charges unless the return is necessary because of our error or is a cancellation. A Special Note About Refunds via PayPalWhen a refund or partial refund is made, the funding source of the original payment determines how the refund is credited to you by PayPal. 1.
