?Can I cancel this order or return or exchange the item?
Yes you can for all standard product. *Made to measure product is not covered by these terms as they are bespoke items. However, if in the unlikely event, you are unhappy with the quality of a bespoke item please contact us and we will do all we can to rectify the matter.
For all standard items we can accept a cancellation within fourteen days of the order.
Or after receipt of your order, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the item/s in original condition and unworn with all the tags attached and enclosed in original wrapping.
Returns must be made within 31 days of the order despatch date. Please note that we do not refund postage or gift wrap charges unless the return is necessary because of our error. Our returns time limit is one of the most generous available and exceeds statutory requirements - it is therefore not negotiable.
*Made to measure items, e.g the Diki by Diane Rubach range cannot be returned for exchange or refund because they are bespoke items made to specific measurements supplied at the time of the order.

Email customercare@ever-so-sexy.com to let us know you are returning product. If you are outside the UK please mark the outside of the parcel clearly with the word "RETURN" and please ensure that the sender name on the parcel and documentation is the name of the person who ordered the goods. This should be a private individual, not a company. Then send back the item/s enclosing the following information:
