We want happy customers. So we spend a lot of time and effort to ensure that our lingerie and swimwear is of good quality. However, if for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the item/s in original condition and unworn and we will be happy to exchange, offer an alternative or issue a refund. Please note that our returns policy does not apply to made to measure items.
Returns and exchanges must be received within 21 days from the date of the order for UK customers and and within 31 days for international customers.
