| Ordering & Paying Off LineOur website is secure and the online payment processors, WorldPay and PayPal who process our online payments are also secure but we understand that for many reasons customers are not always comfortable ordering and paying online. For that reason we offer you the option to place your order with us via the website but retain complete control of your payment or indeed to place your order via email, fax or post and pay off line.
If you are happy to order online then please use the check-out on the site and select either cheque (UK customers only) or Bank Transfer as your method of payment. All the information you need to use these payment methods is in the check out. Please note international customers can use the bank transfer option but payment should be made in GBP £.

Once received we will load your order on to our system and you will receive a confirmation of the order, which should be checked for accuracy. Once payment is received and cleared goods are shipped. Please note that made to order and made to measure items may take up to approximately 28 days from payment to shipment. |
