Made to Measure Lingerie

Buying made to measure lingerie ensures a perfect fit and therefore best look and comfort. It is the ultimate lingerie luxury even if you are the standard "off-the-peg" size and shape. But only if you get the measurements right!

If you are buying for yourself and think you know your own measurements we still recommend that you get the tape measure out and check. We all change shape and size over time so it is worth the few minutes used to take your measurements to ensure that your made to measure lingerie is a perfect fit. But if you are buying a lingerie gift for someone special, then you may need to resort to a little espionage to ensure you provide the correct measurements when you place the order.

We currently offer two of the world's finest made to measure lingerie brands, Diki by Diane Rubach and Jane Woolrich Design. Both these designer brands offer an extensive collection of silk, lace and chiffon made to measure lingerie and sleepwear, including basques, bras and thongs plus glamorous nightdresses and chemise.

Based in the UK, Diane formed Diki with her husband Keith in 1980. She is renowned for the quality of the materials used in her garments and her delicate and feminine designs.

Also from the UK, our other luxury lingerie designer of made to measure sleepwear and underwear is Jane Woolrich who predicted the trend towards upmarket erotic lingerie long before La Senza and others who are household names today. The Jane Woolrich collection is available in a very wide colour choice from two shades of white and ivory through many delicate pastel colours to deep passionate reds, greens and blues.

Lingerie that is made just for you also takes a little time to get to you. This is not instant gratification. You will need to allow time for your chosen lingerie or sleepwear to be cut from the pattern and sewn by an individual seamstress before it is sent out to us for final packing and onward despatch. So if you are buying for a birthday, or other special occasion, you will need to allow a minimum of 3 weeks for Diki and 4 to 5 weeks for Jane Woolrich, longer if you are outside the UK and at peak times like Christmas, Mother's Day and Valentines Day. We have, with Diane's help, supplied a made to measure chemise in under 14 days and Jane will also try to hurry through an order in an emergency but to be sure your order arrives at the right time please plan ahead.

Finally please note that made to measure garments are not returnable because they have been made specially for you - so that is a very good reason to make sure you provide us with the correct measurements.
