I saw the other review and felt I should add my own as a balance. I've been buying from Ever So Sexy for over three years now and never had a problem with anything. I've bought all three of the Roxanne designs for my wife and all three were just fine. I guess the other customer must have been really unlucky.

Not a good String. I will send the second string back too. The golden rings on the side of the string are not fully closed so they are losing there function. The rings are losing contact each other so the string can break on both sites.

Customer Care Response: We are really sorry to learn that the replacement string we supplied has developed a fault. This is (as any regular Lola Luna customer will know) very unusual. We hope that Rob will be able to choose an alternative that we can supply in exchange FOC.
