Using a tape measure, take a measurement of your rib cage just below your bra. Then add five inches to that measurement to get the band width. For instance your rib cage measures 29 inches + 5 inches gives you a UK bra size of 34. (If you are an international customer and not used to UK sizes please use the size comparison chart to determine your size.) If the calculation results in an odd number round up by one.
Now you need to work out the bra cup size. Take the tape measure again and measure the fullest part of your bust. The difference between this measurement and the band width gives you your bra cup size as follows: 1 inch = cup size A
2 inch = cup size B
3 inch = cup size C
4 inch = cup size D
5 inch = cup size DD (European E)
6 inch = cup size DDD (European F)
7 inch = cup size F (European G)
