Dispatch? When will you send my order?
We try to send your order out on the next working day.
If your chosen item is temporarily out of stock and there is no replenishment stock coming in within 10 days you will be contacted with an approximate delivery date and the option to change your order for an alternative in stock product. Please note that we do not debit your card until we have confirmed your order.
Some products are on back to back order with our suppliers. These are shown in the product details as 5 day despatch although they are frequently sent sooner. If there is a problem we will again contact you before debiting your card. Made-to-measure and special order lingerie despatch time line is normally between 14 and 21 days.
?How will you send my order?
UK customer orders will be sent by First Class Post or Special Delivery depending on value. If you are in the UK then you can choose an express delivery which means that regardless of order value the item will be sent by Special Delivery and will arrive on the next working day. Europe and the rest of the world orders are sent by either Airmail, Airsure or International Signed depending again on value.

UK orders go FREE
UK Express service for orders under £50 that are required urgently £4.75
Europe: £3.50
The rest of the world : £5.00
?Is there any insurance cover?
Yes, should your order go missing we will be able to claim on the post office and we will supply a replacement item. Please note that the claim process with the post office is fairly lengthy and they do investigate before compensating for our loss. Express Service (UK) and orders over £50 worldwide all are sent with some form of tracking number and some require a signature on delivery.
?How long will my order take to reach me?
UK First Class Post - normally 4 working days or less.
Europe Airmail - normally within 5 working days.
Rest of the World - 5 to 15 working days but it can be longer.
