The product, the people everything just great. The only reason I've given them a 4 star rating and not a 5 is because I never give top marks! I was not sure of sizing and as this clearly says it is made to measure I needed some help. Jen in customer services was fantastic. And my wife just loved the nightie. I'll be back for a Christmas present.

My only problem is that it is too large even after sending my measurements and normal US size. The price for the chemise and jacket are considerable and then I had to have it altered further to fit. The product was of excellent quality otherwise and I would buy from them again if I knew it would fit. When contacted I was given an apology but....
